These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you and NowCorp ("Company," "we," "us," or "our") concerning your access to and use of our EIN registration service and website located at nowcorp.io (the "Service").

By accessing or using the Service, you agree that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not access or use the Service.

2. Eligibility

To use our Service, you must:

• Have the legal authority to enter into binding contracts
• Not be prohibited from using the Service under applicable laws
• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
• Maintain the security of your account credentials

3. Service Description

NowCorp provides an online platform for preparing and submitting IRS Form SS-4 to obtain an Employer Identification Number (EIN). Our Service includes:

• PDF generation and download
• Email and SMS notifications
• Customer support

4. User Accounts

4.1 Account Creation

To use the Service, you must create an account by providing:

• Valid email address
• Secure password (minimum 11 characters)
• Your full legal name
• Phone number (for verification)

4.2 Account Security

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your password
• All activities that occur under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use
• Enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) when available

4.3 Account Termination

You may delete your account at any time through Settings → Security → Delete Account. Account deletion is permanent and irreversible. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

5. Subscription Plans and Payments

5.1 Pricing

Our Service is offered through subscription plans with pricing displayed on our website. We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days notice to existing subscribers.

5.2 Billing

• Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually as selected
• Payments are processed securely through Stripe
• Billing occurs on the same day each billing period
• Failed payments may result in service suspension

5.3 Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds for partial periods, except as required by law.

5.4 Refund Policy

We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee for new subscriptions. After 14 days, all payments are non-refundable except in cases of service outages or as required by applicable law.

6. User Responsibilities

You represent and warrant that:

• You will promptly update information if it changes
• You understand that providing false information may constitute fraud

9.3 IRS Processing

We submit forms to the IRS but do not control or guarantee IRS processing times, approval, or rejection decisions. The IRS may request additional information or deny applications for reasons beyond our control.

9.4 Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, NOWTAX SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRIOR TO THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO LIABILITY.

13.2 Arbitration

If informal resolution fails, disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association, except as modified by these Terms. You waive the right to a jury trial or to participate in a class action lawsuit.

13.3 Exceptions

Either party may seek injunctive relief in court to protect intellectual property rights or confidential information.

14. Governing Law
